Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products

Tobagotrin has a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept unopened and undamaged items only.  The seal on the item should not be broken or tampered with.  Also we do not accept returns on items that are defaced.  Containers should be returned in the same condition as it was received.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, first contact us at ttobago027@gmail.com. Items sent back without first informing tobagotrin of the return will not be accepted.

The shipping address will be within the email correspondent after notifying  tobagotrin of your return.   You will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your return.  We will also let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be refunded the cost of the item to your original payment method.  Shipping cost are non-refundable.  If your refund is not approved, we will send you an email with an explanation along with photos.  

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
